Nutcrafters Tots or Teens

Morning all,

How are we all doing today? Hope it's a nice day where you are. Sorry I've not blogged since last week but I've been busy crafting what with a few cards needed for birthdays over the next week and helping my daughter to sort her house out so that she can hand the keys back to the landlord which was yesterday. That's 2 ovens I've cleaned in a week - I know what I'd rather be doing instead of that.Mine had to be done as it filled the house with smoke everytime I used it - WHOOPS - naughty oven.
Anyway enough chatting about me and onto the job in hand:

It's midway reminder time over at Nutcrafters and the challenge is:
'Tots or Teens'
So here's my card with one of the new release stamps called 'The Swing' isn't he a cutie, all coloured with promarkers.
There's still time to pop over and join in, so I look forward to seeing you over there.Don't forget to check the teamies lovely makes too.

Don't forget to check out the new stamps and digital stamps available now over at Nutcrafters. There is a wide range of adorable images designed by the lovely Katie.

Have a lovely day whatever you're up to and don't forget to enter my candy.I am heading to my Pain clinic tomorrow afternoon as I ended up not going last week in Hull so we'll see what the doc has to say.

Birthday card for a friend

Evening lovely crafters,

Just a quick post to say hello and to share a card I made for someone special.I can't believe how many cards I've made in the last month but it has been so much fun too.Lots of birthdays and Mother's Day.This month I will hopefully get to make some random cards and have a few cards on hand such as Thinking of you, get well soon etc... It would be nice to be organised for a change- so who knows.... Probably wishful thinking .Here is my card. I used a Sheena douglass stamp and some freebie papers.

Thanks for popping by, feel free to join in with my candy.
I'll be back bright and early in the morning.

New Job

Morning all,

How are all my lovely crafting friends today? Hope you are all okay.
Now what have I been up to this week: I had a lovely visit from my friends Sheila and Tom on Monday for a few hours. It was lovely to catch up with them and to have a little bit of crafty chat.Yesterday I had a lazy day as I was pretty sore with a little bit of crafting of course.

Here I am with a card using a recent forgotten funky - Funkyhand Shabby Saturday. I needed to make a card for my daughter as she has just started a new job doing home care and I wanted to show her how proud we are of her. Would you believe the only item I printed out was the insert to the card, everything else was in my left over file.

On 1 of my recent posts over on Get funky and craft  and on here I'd took a picture of how I store my left overs. As soon as I posted that picture I had to do something to make them more accessible:

Much tidier and easier to find the download left overs in my file now. So why not get your funkyhand bits and pieces out and craft with us. We'd love you to pop over to Get funky and craft to leave a comment and a link to your blogs or go to our Facebook page.
